About the role
The inpatient rehabilitation hospital is dedicated to providing exceptional and compassionate care to individuals with various medical conditions such as brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, neurological disorders, orthopedic issues, amputations, and multiple traumas.
Responsibilities
- Direct assigned nursing personnel, serving as a resource person and consultant.
- Serve as a resource person and consultant to assigned nursing personnel.
- Provide and oversee nursing care, implementing hospital and departmental philosophy and objectives.
- Maintain approved standards of patient care, collaborating with appropriate persons for continuity of care under the guidance of the Chief Nursing Officer.
- Promote continuous quality improvement.
- Instruct and counsel patients/families.
Requirements
- Valid State RN License is required.
- BLS is required at hire.
- Certified ACLS required within first 6 months of hire/promotion into Nursing Supervisor position.
Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- One or more years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- CRRN preferred.
Skills
- Timely and accurate documentation using EPIC.
- Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
- Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.

Pay
$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Schedule
Full-time hours: 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
