Nursing Supervisor LPN/LVN
About the role
The LPN Nursing Supervisor oversees daily clinical operations, supervises staff, ensures compliance with policies and regulations, and assists with recruitment and training.
Responsibilities
- Ensure Medication Room compliance with policies, laws, and regulations.
- Supervise and evaluate staff, make assignments, and update schedules.
- Oversee quality assurance activities and promote workplace safety.
- Assist with recruitment and training of new staff.
- Administer medications, document administration, and ensure accurate medication counts.
- Perform specimen collection and read test results as needed.
- Transport medication to other locations or work on a CTC Mobile Unit.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing (LPN/LVN).
- Minimum of 2+ years related nursing practice.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience in behavioral health/addiction recovery environment.
- Familiarity with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT).
- Experience in medication dispensing and monitoring patient dosing.
- Understanding of trauma-informed care and harm reduction principles.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements related to controlled substances and patient care.
- Proven ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN license in the state of MA.
- CPR certification where required by state regulation.
Skills
Accurate and timely documentation of medication administration records, patient vitals, and incident reports.
Collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
Compliance with regulatory requirements related to controlled substances and patient care.

Pay
Taunton CTC provides a reasonable hourly range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Massachusetts as set forth below.
Role Location: Massachusetts
Calculated Salary Range for the role: $32.78 hr - $51.29hr
Schedule
Full Time Hours: M-F 6a-2p
