Nursing Supervisor LPN/RN

About the role

Guggenheimer Health & Rehab is seeking a dedicated Nursing Supervisor to lead and support our nursing team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of nursing professionals, ensuring the highest standards of care.
• Work with the healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and best practices.
• Provide training and support to nursing staff, promoting their growth and success.
• Foster a positive, collaborative environment for both staff and residents.

Requirements

• A dedicated RN or LPN with an active, valid license.
• A natural leader with experience in nursing supervision or a similar role.
• Caregiver, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent patient care.
• A strong communicator with the ability to motivate and support a diverse team.
• Familiar with healthcare regulations and able to ensure smooth, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as LPN/RN in Virginia.
• One-year prior nursing management experience preferred.

Schedule

This is a Monday-Friday shift from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm and on call one weekend a month.

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
