LPN/RN Nursing Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced LPN/RN Nursing Supervisor to join our team, working 7pm-7am shifts. As a Nursing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care, supervising licensed and unlicensed staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance to licensed and unlicensed staff, promoting a positive and respectful work environment
- Supervise patient care activities, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to established policies and procedures
- Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams
- Monitor and report patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Assist with staff development and training, promoting professional growth and competency
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Local/Compact State - RN/LPN License
- Minimum two years of experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for providing high-quality patient care and promoting staff growth and development
Pay
Competitive hourly rate ranging from $32 to $46 per hour.
