Nursing Station Technician (NST) - Ortho

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing patient care in a high-pressure environment, providing compassionate and effective care to patients.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care activities including triage, treatment, and discharge planning
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of MN
• At least 2 years of nursing experience
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred
