About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing patient care in a high-pressure environment, providing clinical guidance to healthcare professionals, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the department, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Provide clinical oversight and support to healthcare providers, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct regular quality assurance reviews to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development and team cohesion.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
- At least five years of progressive leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Experience with regulatory compliance and accreditation processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications
