Seeking a strategic Director of Nursing Services to lead the Main Operating Room and PreOp/PACU departments. Responsible for overseeing high-acuity, fast-paced surgical environments, ensuring safe, family-centered care while driving strategic growth and operational efficiency. The role includes financial oversight, performance management, process improvement and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Financial Management: Develops budgets, manages throughput, ensures optimal contract terms, and oversees billing processes.
• Human Resources: Manages staffing, recruitment, performance evaluations, and fosters a Just Culture environment.
• Performance Improvement: Collaborates on patient-centered, evidence-based care, monitors customer service, and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Strategic Management: Implements initiatives for high-quality care, participates in growth strategies, and leads service expansions.
• Leadership & Training: Provides oversight, coaching, change management, and ensures staff competency.
• Relationship Management: Builds relationships with senior leaders, influences organizational strategies, and handles crisis situations.
