About the role
This leadership role supports the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in managing all nursing and patient care services within a hospital setting. You will assess, plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate nursing practices at the unit level, with 24/7 accountability for designated areas.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
- Maintain clinical staff competency and manage resources effectively.
- Serve as a role model and advocate for nursing excellence.
- Perform related duties to support operational success in nursing services.
Requirements
- Active registered nurse license.
- Nursing degree (bachelor’s or master’s preferred).
- At least 2 years of management experience in a hospital environment.
