Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations and supervise RN staff
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and ensure compliance with standards
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and safety
• Support performance improvement initiatives and staff education
• Manage budgets and foster a culture of compassionate, patient‑centered care

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in nursing leadership, preferably in a neurological setting
• Strong clinical knowledge, regulatory compliance, and evidence‑based practice
• Excellent communication, mentorship, and team collaboration skills
• Ability to manage budgets and drive quality improvement
