Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States.
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, including experience in dialysis or acute care settings.
  • Demonstrated experience in nursing management or leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of patient safety protocols, clinical nursing practices, and discharge planning.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with electronic health records systems and clinical management software.
  • Proven track record in quality improvement initiatives and patient advocacy programs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure adherence to clinical protocols and quality standards in dialysis and acute care units.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor patient care plans, including discharge planning and patient advocacy initiatives.
  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient safety and clinical outcomes.
  • Manage staffing schedules, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a competent and motivated nursing workforce.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and institutional policies through continuous clinical management and quality assurance activities.
