Nursing Home Administrator (NHA)

Aviata Health Group is seeking a qualified Nursing Home Administrator to join our growing family at Aviata at Brentwood in Lecanto, FL. This is a full-time position offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

About the Role

As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), you will oversee the overall management of the facility, providing leadership, mentorship, and ongoing education to facility management and team members. This role is ideal for a team builder committed to delivering exceptional, person-centered care and fostering a strong facility culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing education, mentorship, and leadership development to facility management and team members.
• Oversee day-to-day clinical and administrative activities, including profit and loss responsibility and compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Lead all facility staff in meeting the goal of providing quality resident care.
• Establish financial and programmatic goals for the facility and conduct an annual evaluation of goal achievement.
• Recruit, hire, and provide orientation/training for staff to carry out facility programs and services.
• Maintain and guide the implementation of facility policies and procedures in compliance with corporate, state, federal, and other regulatory guidelines.
• Drive innovation in healthcare by creating and implementing new ideas and concepts to continually improve systems and processes.

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as a Nursing Home Administrator.
• Proven leadership ability with at least three (3) years of experience as an administrator in a long-term or subacute care facility.
• Demonstrated skills in management, planning, budgeting, marketing, and quality improvement.
• Qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to delivering high-quality care.

Pay

$5,000 sign-on bonus.
