About the role
Schuylkill Center is currently seeking a full-time Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead their facility.
Responsibilities
- Foster a safe environment for residents and staff
- Provide emotional and psychological support for residents
- Direct and oversee the day-to-day operation of the facility
- Maintain the highest degree of quality care at all times
Requirements
- Current Pennsylvania Nursing Home Administrator’s License, certificates, or education as required by state/federal regulatory agencies
- Valid PA driver’s license
- Bachelor’s degree from an approved institution or extensive equivalent experience in the field
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations
- Prior experience in administration in the health care field
- Successfully complete a post-offer, pre-employment criminal background check and physical/drug screen
