Nursing Home Administrator in Training

About the role

The Lodge at Red Rocks is seeking an Administrator in Training (AIT) to join their team. This role offers hands-on, real-world leadership training with a renowned Nursing Home Administrator and a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Learn every aspect of skilled nursing operations
• Develop into an exceptional Nursing Home Administrator
• Work in the trenches, in meetings, and part of the solutions
• Gain experience that can't be taught in a classroom

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and/or at least two years of full-time work experience in a healthcare facility in a supervisory position
• At least 60 semester units (or 90 quarter units) of college or university coursework

Preferred Qualifications

• Two years of full-time work experience in any department of a: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Intermediate Care Facility (ICF), Intermediate Care Facility for the Developmentally Disabled (ICF/DD)
