Comprehensive Training

• Receive 6 months of comprehensive training designed to equip you with essential sales skills, along with guaranteed pay during your training period!
• You’ll be paired with an experienced mortgage loan originator dedicated to ensuring your success and guiding you through your new journey.

Requirements

• No prior mortgage experience required.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Obtain NMLS individual loan originator license by passing the SAFE MLO Test.
• Successfully pass a federal background check.
• Willingness to commute daily (M-F) to our Dayton, Cincinnati, or Columbus offices.
• This is not a remote position.
