• Collaborate with caregivers to integrate assisted living principles and company culture into resident care
• Develop on-call schedules to address after-hours needs
• Ensure regulatory compliance

• Oversee medication administration
• Coordinate healthcare services with external providers
• Manage partnerships with local vendors for quality external care

Requirements

• Active RN license
• CPR and First Aid certifications
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills
• Demonstrated good judgment
• Organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
