Nursing Administrative Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversees patient care activities as well as operational activities for assigned facility.
• Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years nursing experience with demonstrated leadership and management abilities.
• Certifications/Licensure: Current Texas State License for Registered Nurse; active healthcare provider Basic Life Support on hire (ARC or AHA), with AHA Healthcare Provider BLS required within 60 days of hire; Non-Violent Crisis Intervention required within 60 days of hire or transfer; ACLS preferred.
