Nursing Administrative Supervisor

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• 3 years of experience in an acute care setting
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent
• Professional national leadership certification or as determined by the operating unit within one year after hire
• BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Other certifications as required by the operating unit (e.g., PALS, TNCC, NRP, NIMS)

Requirements

• Proven leadership skills
• Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively lead and direct the work of other employees
• Knowledge of all emergency procedures including EMR downtime, disaster plan, etc.
• Knowledge of policy and procedures and the ability to access them as needed
• Knowledge of the location of educational/supportive resources and the ability to locate appropriate resources

Pay

Pay range for this position is $42.04 - $60.32/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.

Schedule

This is an Hourly position. Shift Differentials are available for 3rd shift - $4.00/hour.
