Nurse Supervisor RN

Schedule

Weekends 7 am – 7 pm or 6 am – 10 pm

Pay

USD $40.00 – $44.00 per hour

Position Summary

The Registered Nurse Supervisor works together with the nursing staff to provide positive leadership and direction of patient care. This role requires strong leadership abilities, compassion for others, and a commitment to teamwork.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Work under direct supervision using the state‑specific Nurse Practice Act, Company Standards, Practice Guidelines, and nursing judgment.
• Supervise licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants on the assigned shift.
• Deliver nursing care to patients, collect patient data, make observations, and report pertinent information to support patient care.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state (as required).
• At least 1 + year of supervisory experience in nursing.
• Ability to react to emergency situations appropriately when required.
• CPR certified.
• Reliable transportation required.
