Nurse Supervisor RN

About the role

The Registered Nurse Supervisor works together with the nursing staff to provide positive leadership and direction of patient care. This position involves supervising licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants on the assigned shift while also delivering direct nursing care, collecting patient data, making observations, and reporting pertinent information.

Responsibilities

• Supervise licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants on the assigned shift.
• Deliver nursing care to patients requiring care.
• Collect patient data, make observations, and report pertinent information.
• React to emergency situations appropriately when required.
• Work under direct supervision using the state‑specific Nurse Practice Act, company standards, practice guidelines, and nursing judgment.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state (as required).
• 1+ years of supervisory experience in nursing.
• CPR certified.
• Reliable transportation required.

Pay

USD $40.00 – $44.00 per hour. The wage range reflects factors such as skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Schedule

Weekends: 7 am–7 pm or 6 am–10 pm shift.
