About the role

We are seeking a Nurse Supervisor to provide leadership in a rehabilitation setting, ensuring the delivery of compassionate, personalized patient care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement care programs
• Supervise nursing staff and manage shift operations
• Maintain compliance with procedures
• Serve as a liaison between administration and staff
• Monitor staff performance
• Engage with patients to support their recovery

Requirements

• Current RN licensure
• BLS certification
• ACLS and CRRN certifications to be obtained within specified timeframes
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field (preferred)
• At least two years of recent inpatient hospital experience
• Prior leadership experience such as charge nurse
