About the role
Seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead outpatient rehabilitation teams, ensuring compassionate, tailored patient care and effective staff management.
Responsibilities
- developing and implementing personalized care programs
- serving as a liaison between administration and staff
- supervising nursing care during shifts
- providing on-the-spot feedback
- conducting evaluations
- handling performance issues
- direct patient care, building meaningful relationships, and celebrating patient progress
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure as per state requirements
- BSN preferred; ACLS certification required within one year; CRRN certification within one year of eligibility
- Minimum of two years recent inpatient hospital experience
- Previous leadership experience such as charge nurse or lead role responsible for staff and patient outcomes
Skills

- Ability to manage staff, resolve issues, and foster teamwork
