Nurse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing personalized patient care programs
• Serving as a liaison between administration, management, and staff
• Supervising nursing services during shifts or on specific units
• Monitoring staff performance, providing feedback, evaluations, and discipline
• Participating in patient care, building meaningful relationships, and understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs
• Celebrating patient recovery milestones

Qualifications

• Current RN license and BLS certification
• ACLS and CRRN certifications to be obtained within specified timelines
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred
• Minimum of two years inpatient hospital experience in the last five years
• Previous leadership experience such as charge nurse or lead role responsible for staff and patient outcomes
