About the role
Seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead outpatient rehabilitation teams with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing personalized care programs
- Serving as a liaison between administration and staff
- Supervising nursing care
- Monitoring staff performance
- Building meaningful patient relationships
- Providing hands-on patient care when needed
- Celebrating patient progress
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure as per state requirements
- BLS certification, with ACLS and CRRN certifications obtainable within specified timeframes
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
- At least two years of recent inpatient hospital experience, with leadership experience such as charge nurse or lead capacity

- Ability to manage staff performance, provide feedback, and handle disciplinary actions
