About the role
Seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead and oversee nursing care within a rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
- Acting as a liaison between administration, management, and staff to ensure seamless communication.
- Supervising nursing staff, providing feedback, conducting evaluations, and managing performance.
- Assuming patient care when necessary and building meaningful relationships to support recovery.
- Monitoring staff performance, managing issues, and ensuring quality care delivery.
Qualifications And Skills
- Current RN licensure as per state regulations.
- BLS certification, with ACLS and CRRN certifications to be obtained within specified timeframes.
- Preferably a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
- Minimum of two years recent inpatient hospital experience.
- Previous leadership experience in a clinical setting, responsible for staff supervision and accountability.
