About the role
We are seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead and oversee nursing care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
- Serving as a liaison between administration, management, and staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Supervising nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or on specific units.
- Monitoring staff performance through feedback, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Providing direct patient care when needed and building strong relationships to support recovery.
- Celebrating patient milestones and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure as per state regulations.
- BLS certification; ACLS and CRRN certifications to be obtained within specified timeframes.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- At least two years of recent inpatient hospital experience.
- Previous leadership experience, such as charge nurse or lead capacity, responsible for staff management and accountability.
