Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
- Serving as a liaison between administration, management, and staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Supervising nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or units.
- Monitoring staff performance, providing feedback, evaluations, and discipline as needed.
- Assuming patient care duties when necessary and building meaningful relationships to support recovery.
- Celebrating patient victories and fostering a supportive team environment.
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure according to state regulations.
- BLS certification, with ACLS and CRRN certifications obtainable within one year.
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
- Minimum of two years recent inpatient hospital experience.
- Previous leadership experience, such as charge nurse or lead capacity, responsible for staff oversight and accountability.
