Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing personalized care programs
- Acting as a liaison between administration and nursing staff
- Supervising nursing services
- Providing on-the-spot feedback and evaluations
- Monitoring staff performance
- Administering disciplinary actions
- Directly engaging with patients to support their physical, mental, and emotional recovery
Requirements
- Current RN licensure
- BLS certification
- Recent inpatient hospital experience
Qualifications
- Leadership experience such as charge nurse roles is essential
- Additional certifications like ACLS and CRRN preferred
