About the role
As a Nurse Supervisor, you will lead and oversee nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of compassionate, personalized patient care within a rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
- Serve as liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
- Supervise nursing care, monitor staff performance, and provide feedback and evaluations.
- Manage staffing, handle on-the-spot issues, and ensure quality care standards.
- Participate in patient care as needed, fostering meaningful relationships and supporting recovery.
- Promote a supportive, team-driven environment with access to advanced technology and benefits.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN licensure and BLS certification; ACLS and CRRN within specified timeframes.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum two years inpatient hospital experience.
- Leadership experience such as charge nurse or team lead, with responsibilities including staff supervision and issue resolution.
- Ability to lead, communicate effectively, and build strong patient relationships.
