About the role
Seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead and oversee nursing care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing personalized patient care programs
- Serving as a liaison between administration, management, and staff
- Supervising nursing services during assigned shifts
- Managing staff performance through feedback, evaluations, and discipline
- Providing direct patient care when needed
- Building meaningful relationships with patients to support their recovery
- Ensuring seamless adherence to procedures while delivering compassionate, tailored care
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure according to state regulations
- BLS certification, with ACLS and CRRN certifications to be obtained within specified timeframes
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
- At least two years of recent inpatient hospital experience
- Previous leadership experience, such as charge nurse or lead capacity, with responsibilities including interim reporting, issue resolution, and accountability for patient and staff outcomes
