About the role
Seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead and oversee nursing staff within a rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
- Serve as a liaison between administration, management, and staff.
- Supervise nursing care, monitor staff performance, provide feedback, evaluations, and discipline.
- Assume patient care when needed, build relationships to support recovery, and celebrate patient milestones.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure, BLS certification, and ACLS (within one year).
- CRRN certification within one year (if eligible).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of two years recent inpatient hospital experience.
- Leadership experience such as charge nurse or similar role.
