About the role
We are seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead and oversee nursing care in a rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
- Serve as a liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
- Supervise nursing staff, providing feedback, evaluations, and discipline.
- Assume patient care duties when needed and build meaningful relationships with patients to support recovery.
- Ensure seamless delivery of compassionate, tailored care and maintain high standards of practice.
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure and BLS certification; ACLS and CRRN certifications to be obtained within specified timeframes.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- At least two years of recent inpatient hospital experience.
- Previous leadership experience, such as charge nurse or lead, responsible for staff and patient outcomes.
