Responsibilities

• Supervising nursing care
• Developing and enforcing patient care programs
• Acting as a liaison between administration and staff
• Monitoring staff performance

Requirements

• Current RN licensure
• BLS certification (with ACLS and CRRN certifications within specified timeframes)
• Recent inpatient hospital experience
• Leadership experience as a charge nurse or in a similar role (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
• Excellent communication and team management skills
