Responsibilities
- Leading and supervising nursing staff to ensure high-quality, compassionate, and personalized patient care during rehabilitation.
- Developing and implementing patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
- Serving as a liaison between administration, management, and staff.
- Monitoring staff performance through feedback, evaluations, and discipline.
- Assuming direct patient care when needed and fostering meaningful relationships to support recovery.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN licensure and BLS certification, with ACLS and CRRN certifications to be obtained within designated timeframes.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- At least two years of recent inpatient hospital experience.
- Previous leadership experience, such as charge nurse, responsible for staff oversight and issue resolution.
