About the role
Join our team as a Nurse Supervisor, providing leadership in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
- Serve as a liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
- Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services during shifts or on specific units.
- Manage staff performance through feedback, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Provide direct patient care when needed and build meaningful relationships to support recovery.
- Ensure seamless care delivery and uphold compassionate, tailored care standards.
- Foster a team-driven environment focused on professional growth and patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure per state requirements.
- BLS certification; ACLS and CRRN certifications to be obtained within specified timeframes.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- At least two years of recent inpatient hospital experience.
- Previous leadership experience, such as charge nurse or lead role, responsible for staff and patient results.
