About the role
Lead compassionate patient care in a supportive, team-oriented environment. In this role, you'll develop and implement personalized care programs, serve as a liaison between administration and staff, supervise nursing services, and manage staff performance through evaluations and counseling. You will monitor patient progress, build meaningful relationships, and ensure seamless delivery of care during shifts. You will also assume patient care when needed, fostering recovery and celebrating patient achievements.
Responsibilities

- Assume patient care responsibilities when needed
Requirements
- Current RN licensure
- BLS certification (ACLS within one year of hire)
- CRRN certification within one year of meeting eligibility
- Bachelor's in Nursing preferred
- Two years of recent inpatient hospital experience
- Prior leadership experience in a charge nurse or similar role
