Nurse Supervisor

Role: Provide direct patient care within the ICU, serving diverse age groups including Neonate, Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric patients. Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process to deliver safe, quality care, and assume clinical leadership and relief charge duties when designated. Implement individualized care plans, administer medications (including IV), assist with tests and procedures, and respond to emergencies. Maintain patient safety by following policies, reporting concerns, and promoting a safe environment. Collaborate with healthcare team, document accurately, and ensure patient records are complete. Participate in orientation, precept new staff, and foster a positive work environment. Encourage patient participation and provide education for discharge planning. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program; RN license in applicable state; current CPR/BLS certification; Basic Arrhythmia certification within 1 year; ACLS within 6 months; TNCC within 6 months of hire. Experience is not mandatory; bilingual skills are a plus.
