Nurse Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing teams in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. The role involves developing and implementing patient care programs, supervising staff, ensuring quality care, and acting as a liaison between administration and clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
• Handle patient care as needed
• Foster meaningful patient relationships

Requirements

• Current RN licensure
• BLS certification (ACLS and CRRN certifications preferred within specified timeframes)
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred)
• At least two years of recent inpatient hospital experience
• Leadership experience as a charge nurse or in a similar role
