As a Nurse Supervisor, you will guide care delivery, implement policies, and foster a culture of excellence while collaborating with a growing national inpatient rehabilitation leader.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Serve as the liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
• Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or on a specific unit.
• Monitor and manage staff performance, including on-the-spot feedback, annual evaluations, performance counseling, and discipline.
• Provide direct patient care as needed and build meaningful relationships to understand patients’ physical, mental, and emotional needs for successful recovery.
• Celebrate patient milestones and victories throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• BLS certification with ACLS certification to be obtained within one year of starting.
• CRRN certification to be obtained within one year of meeting eligibility requirements.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Two years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting (within the last five years).
• Previous leadership experience, such as charge nurse or lead capacity, with accountability for patient and staff outcomes.
