Nurse Supervisor

Seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead outpatient rehabilitation care with compassion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing personalized patient care programs
• Supervising nursing staff during shifts
• Ensuring adherence to procedures
• Acting as a liaison between management and staff
• Monitoring staff performance through feedback and evaluations
• Managing patient care directly when needed
• Building meaningful relationships with patients to support their recovery

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure according to state regulations
• BSN preferred; ACLS certification within one year; CRRN certification within one year of eligibility
• At least two years of recent inpatient hospital experience
• Previous leadership experience such as charge nurse or supervisory roles
