Nurse Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead and oversee nursing care within a rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Serve as a liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
• Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services during shifts or on specific units.
• Manage staff performance through coaching, evaluations, and discipline.
• Provide direct patient care when necessary and build meaningful relationships to support recovery.
• Promote team collaboration and foster a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure as per state requirements.
• BLS certification, with ACLS and CRRN certifications to be obtained within specified timeframes.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• At least two years of recent inpatient hospital experience.
• Leadership experience such as charge nurse or similar role responsible for staff and patient outcomes.
