Nurse Supervisor

About the role

Seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead and coordinate nursing care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Serving as a liaison between administration, management, and staff to ensure seamless operations.
• Supervising nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or units.
• Monitoring staff performance through feedback, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Providing patient care when necessary and building meaningful relationships to support recovery.
• Celebrating patient successes and ensuring a compassionate, tailored approach to care.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure as per state regulations.
• BLS certification, with ACLS and CRRN certifications obtained within specified timeframes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field preferred.
• At least two years of recent inpatient hospital experience.
• Leadership experience such as charge nurse or supervisory role, with accountability for staff and patient outcomes.
