About the role
Lead and supervise nursing staff in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, ensuring the delivery of compassionate, personalized patient care.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement patient care programs
- Act as a liaison between administration and staff
- Manage staff performance through feedback and evaluations
- Personally oversee patient treatment to promote recovery
Requirements
- Current RN licensure
- BLS certification (ACLS and CRRN certifications obtained within specified timeframes)
- At least two years of recent inpatient hospital experience
- Leadership experience in a supervisory role
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred)
