Nurse Supervisor

About the role

Lead and oversee nursing care in a rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Serve as a liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
• Supervise nursing services, monitor staff performance, and provide feedback.
• Assume patient care when needed and foster meaningful patient relationships.
• Promote a collaborative, supportive team environment.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure per state regulations.
• BLS certification; ACLS and CRRN certifications to be obtained within specified timeframes.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years recent inpatient hospital experience.
• Previous leadership experience, such as charge nurse or lead role, responsible for staff and patient outcomes.
