Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor registered nurses to ensure quality patient care
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies
- Collaborate with other departments to improve resident care
- Manage staff schedules and ensure coverage during shifts
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
- Develop and implement training programs for new and existing staff
Qualifications & Experience Requirements
- Previous Experience as a Nurse Supervisor preferred
- Must be a Licensed Nurse
