We are seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead and oversee nursing care within an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing personalized patient care programs
• Acting as a liaison between administration and staff
• Supervising nursing services during assigned shifts
• Managing staff performance through feedback and evaluations
• Providing direct patient care when needed

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure
• BLS certification (with ACLS and CRRN certifications to be obtained within specified timeframes)
• Recent inpatient hospital experience
• Prior leadership experience such as charge nurse roles is essential
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
