About the role
We are seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead and coordinate patient care in a rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalized care programs, policies, and procedures.
- Serve as a liaison between administration, management, and staff.
- Supervise nursing care, treatment, and staff performance.
- Monitor staff, providing feedback, evaluations, and discipline.
- Provide direct patient care when needed and build meaningful patient relationships.
- Celebrate patient recovery milestones.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure as per state regulations.
- Certification in BLS, with ACLS and CRRN certifications to be obtained within specified timeframes.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- At least two years of recent inpatient hospital experience.
- Previous leadership experience such as charge nurse or lead role.
