Nurse Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Supervisor to lead and oversee nursing care within a rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Serving as a liaison between administration, management, and staff to ensure effective communication.
• Supervising nursing staff, monitoring care delivery, providing feedback, and conducting evaluations.
• Managing staff performance, including discipline and counseling, and providing on-the-spot support.
• Assuming patient care duties when necessary and building meaningful relationships to support recovery.
• Ensuring compliance with clinical standards and fostering a compassionate, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure as per state regulations.
• BLS certification, with ACLS and CRRN certifications to be obtained within specified timelines.
• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field.
• At least two years of recent inpatient hospital experience, with leadership experience such as charge nurse responsibilities.
