Nurse Supervisor

Seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead and oversee nursing care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Acting as a liaison between administration, management, and staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Supervising nursing staff, overseeing treatment and services during assigned shifts or units.
• Monitoring staff performance through feedback, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Providing direct patient care when necessary and building meaningful relationships to support recovery.
• Celebrating patient progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure per state regulations.
• BLS certification; ACLS and CRRN certifications to be obtained within specified timeframes.
• Preferred bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Recent inpatient hospital experience, preferably within the last five years.
• Leadership experience such as charge nurse or similar role, responsible for staff oversight and accountability.
