About the role

The Nursing Schedule Coordinator is a key team member responsible for ensuring appropriate staffing levels meet at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents and team members.
  • Coordinate with the Executive Director and Director of Nursing to advise and communicate staffing schedules and needs.
  • Ensure compliance with budgetary, State and Federal guidelines.
  • Work towards a common goal of excellent care for residents.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure quick, equitable and courteous scheduling patterns and resolutions.

Requirements

  • Successful completion of a state-approved training program in medication administration.
  • Indiana CNA or QMA license.
  • Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers and staff.
