About the role
The Nursing Schedule Coordinator and Central Supply Clerk positions at Summit City Nursing are essential roles that ensure the smooth operation of the facility.
Responsibilities
- Create staffing schedules that meet quality nursing care standards and comply with budgetary, State, and Federal guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director and Director of Nursing to manage staffing needs and ensure compliance.
- Order, reorder, stock, deliver, and maintain inventory for Central Supply Clerk responsibilities.
- Communicate effectively with team members to resolve scheduling issues promptly and courteously.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a state-approved training program in medication administration.
- Indiana CNA or QMA license.
- A strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers, and staff.
